Shipping

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order leaves our shop, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Canada

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).
  • Orders under $200 ship for a $15 flat rate.
  • Shipping to the Canadian Territories is a $30 flat rate.
  • Express shipping is available.

United States

We're happy to ship to our U.S. neighbours!

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $300 USD.
  • Orders under $300 USD ship for a $30 flat rate.

Shipping Information

  • We typically ship with UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.
  • Shipping estimates do not include processing time.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or combined once they have been placed.
  • All shipping rates are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Kid Sister. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada are sent using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service. This means your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges upon arrival.

These charges are determined by your country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control and vary by country.

If you have questions about what charges may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Please note that duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are non-refundable. We are also unable to issue refunds on orders that are refused due to these charges.

Additional Information

  • During major sales and promotions (including Birthday Sale and Black Friday), free shipping may not be available.
  • Oversized items, including Lack of Color structured hats, are not eligible for free shipping. Orders containing these items will incur a $30 flat-rate shipping fee to ensure they arrive safely.

Returns

We hope you love your order! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility

Full-price items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a refund.

Return windows:

  • In-store purchases: Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Online orders: Returns must be be received by us within 14 days of your delivery date.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a $15 shipping deduction will be applied to your refund to help cover the original shipping costs.

We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance, as Kid Sister is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We do not accept COD deliveries.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Glasses
  • Bath & beauty products
  • Intimates and bodysuits

How to Return an Online Order

Step 1

Email us at heysis@kidsister.ca with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return

Step 2

Ship your return to:

If you're local to Red Deer, you're welcome to return your item in-store during regular business hours.

Step 3

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
