Shipping & Returns

We have updated our policies as of June 6, 2022. Please read:

SHIPPING POLICIES

Free standard shipping over $200*. Orders under $200 will be subject to a $15 flat rate standard shipping fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Some items such as structured hats (most Lack Of Color hats) are not eligible for free shipping. In this case, there will be a $15 Flat Rate Shipping Fee added to each order containing a hat. This is to ensure the proper packaging and safe arrival of your new hat.

**DURING SALE TIMES AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS (such as Black Friday), FREE SHIPPING MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.**

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped (Canada Post) you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Estimated shipping time does not include order processing time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. 

We are currently only shipping within Canada.

Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, Glasses, Bath, Beauty, Intimates, and sale items are all FINAL SALE.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or combined with another order for shipping.


RETURN POLICIES

Full-price items that are in new/unworn condition with original tags attached can be returned for a refund. Please see below for details:

Local Pickup Returns: All Local returns will be subject to a $5 processing & restocking fee.

Shipped Order Returns: All Online returns will be subject to a $15 processing and restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be received back to us within 14 days from when your package was delivered to you.

Once we receive your item and verify that it is in unworn, new condition with tags attached, we will issue your refund. *Please note that all original shipping costs/fees are non-refundable.

Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, Glasses, Bath, Beauty, Intimates, and sale items are all FINAL SALE.

How To Return an Online Item:

Submit a return request through the Contact form on our website. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Print and include inside your return package.

All returns must be prepaid and insured. Kid Sister is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you ship your return via insured parcel post with a tracking number and signature required. Kid Sister does not refund the original shipping costs and we are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. We will not accept any packages sent by COD.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Local Red Deer pick-up Policies

Want to pick up in Red Deer from Copper Lane Hair Studio? Select the Local Pick-up option at checkout. We will email you once your order is ready to be pickup up. Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive that email.
