We do not recommend getting your LOC hat wet, if you do pat it dry with a towel.Avoid prolonged sun exposure to minimize discolouration. Regular price items that are in new/unworn condition with original tags attached can be returned for a refund. Sale items and intimates are final sale.

In-Store Purchases: All Local returns must be brought back within 7 days of original order/purchase date.
Online Order Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be received back to us within 14 days from when your package was delivered to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you were eligible for Free Shipping. A restocking fee will be charged to your refund equivalent to the standard rate shipping ($15).
